What kind of game is Kakecube?

Kakecube is a puzzle-like spacial reasoning game.

How is Kakecube pronounced?

Kah Keh Cube. It is not “cake cube”, although that would be delicious.

Where can I get Kakecube?

Kakecube is coming soon to Apple App Store and Google Play. You can play on most modern smart phones and tablets.

When will Kakecube be available on [My favourite gaming platform]?

We’d love to support [your favourite gaming platform] ! Please send us a tweet or use our contact form to express your support for the that platform and if there is enough demand, we will get our cubes onto that [ platform ]!

How do I get support?

While we try our best, please be aware that we may not be able to respond to every inquiry. Please DO NOT call our corporate office as we do not provide support by phone at this time.

Why does the app’s age rating not appropriate for young children?

We use advertising to monetize the free version of the game. The advertisements are rated by the provider as appropriate for ages 9 and older.

While we think the full version of our game (without advertising) can be enjoyed by ages, we can’t say what is appropriate for your younger dependents. Please review the content of the game before allowing a minor to play.

If you are under 18 years of age, you should get permission from your guardian before playing.

How do I restore my purchases if I reinstall Kakecube?

IOS devices:
On your device, sign in to the account that was used to make the purchases. Make sure you are connected to the Internet. Start the app. If your purchases are not automatically restored, open the settings menu from the main menu. Press the “restore purchases” button and sign in with your Apple ID if prompted. Your purchases should be restored after a short delay.

Android devices:
On your device, sign in to the account that was used to make the purchases. Make sure you are connected to the Internet. Start the app and your purchases should be restored after a short delay. If your app does not automatically restore purchases, please restart the app.

May I stream your game on YouTube, Twitch, NicoNico, or other video service?

We’d love to watch you play!

Please do not stream KAKECUBE alongside any content which is against our Terms of Service, especially the Code of Conduct.

The short version of the code is don’t use our game with any discriminatory content, cheating, or false claims to intellectual property.

If you stream our game please send us a link! We may feature your video on our social media.

What is your privacy policy regarding advertisements?

Your privacy is important to us and we will do our best to keep the information on this topic as up to date as possible.

Our privacy policy can be found in the Policies section of our website. Advertising providers maintain their own policies which govern the use of your information.

Our in-game Ads are currently provided through Unity Ads. A link to Unity Ads’ privacy policy can be found at the bottom of this page.

We reserve the right to change, add, or remove advertisement providers at any time.

There was an offensive advertisement played on Kakecube. What should I do?

Our advertising content is provided by Unity Ads. Please get in contact with Unity Ads regarding this issue. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any arbitration.

What languages are supported in-game?

English and Japanese. We hope to add support for more languages in the future.

Can I migrate my unlock or other purchase from IOS to Android or from Android to IOS?

Sorry. This is not supported.

Can I migrate my highscores or other save data from one device to another?

Your purchases are linked to your Apple ID or Google Play account. However, your save data is linked to your device. At this time we do not support migrating settings or high scores to a new device.

Does the Kakecube love me?


Is there Kakecube swag / merchandise?

Not yet! We are considering making some. Please let us know if you are interested!

Please send use our contact form with a short description of the issue, steps to reproduce it, the version of Kakecube, the kind of device you are playing on, and your operating system version.

Please DO NOT send us and personal information, like your store username or device serial number. We will make best effort to address the issue, but we may not be able to respond to you individually.

Do you have a bug bounty program?

Sorry. Although we do value bug bounty programs, we do not have one at this time.
